James and Alex were the worthy winners of our Annual KERRY pairs played on Sat

Thanks to Kerry Menstrie for there continued support for the club and the local community

Mitch and Steven before there Final on final on Friday night

Mitch was up most the game but through a longer white at 15 10 up

Steven took advantage of this to finish strongly and came through to defend his tittle

Well done Steven i am sure you and Mitch will have many battles over the coming years

the match secretary of Polmasie bowling club e mailed to cancel Saturdays friendly

they have finals on SAT and SUN this weekend so are unable to play

the FRIDAY night jam session will continue this Friday there is also the county singles final between Fred and Steven so why not pop along and watch the bowls followed by some music

We would like to wish Polmasie all the best in there finals this weekend

Next weekends game against Clackmannan has also be moved to the Friday the 2nd at 630 pm still a couple of names required

A mixed bag of results on county finals day played at Patons

the semi finals where delayed for half an hour due to the green being flooded

Mitch / Steven played there semi final on a difficult outside rink and lost to Patons

Willie and Colin also found themselves on an outside rink and lost to a strong Clackmannan team

This left the triples playing against Alva bowling club

it was a tight game with the lead changing hands several time , Menstrie where 2 up playing the last end and managed to hold on to Win by a shot

Well done guys

Menstrie also had a good win on Friday night in the league to take six points and book there place in the final

Mitch won his district final and Qualified for the Scottish finals at AYR , he plays his first round match on Sunday 17th of JULY times to be confirmed , well done Mitch you have done Menstrie proud

Freddy Martin in the singles and Colin Brown/ Calum Mcleod are flying the flag for the club in the senior county comps , they play there semifinals on Tues 20th
