We are fine tuning the Bar hours so they could vary. Next week’s hours will be;

The Honesty Bar will be in operation when the Bar is closed.

COMPETITION UPDATE

The Ties will be Drawn on Monday evening, 17th May. There has been an excellent response so dates might be a bit tight for first round matches. Please endeavour to get matches played.

There will be NO Bowls on Saturday 22nd May but there is a sheet up for a Rink afternoon on Sunday 23rd, 2pm start.

Club President John Stalker started proceedings by welcoming all Members and Guests to our Opening Day on Saturday 1st May with his partner, Debbie Smith-Campbell throwing the first Jack and she was then presented with a beautiful bouquet of Flowers by Club Secretary Ally Collier.

30 Members played 12 Ends. J.Stalker, D.Taylor and E.Stalker were the Sweep winners.

There will be a Drawn Pairs on Saturday 8th May starting at 2pm. The Bar/Beer Garden will be open, weather permitting

Although the weather forecast doesn’t look too promising hopefully we might get a bit of sunshine this week!
